How shipments and returns work.
To guarantee a swift and punctual shipping service, Etna Wellness has established partnerships with top-tier international delivery services.Shipping times
Our standard shipping ensures delivery within 48 hours, with packages typically arriving within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) from the time of order. Please note that delivery times may vary for orders shipped to remote areas deemed difficult to reach by our shipping partners.
Choosing your courier
During the checkout process, you have the option to select your preferred delivery service or, if needed, update your shipping address to receive the package at a different location
Confirmation of shipment
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing shipment details and a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment at any time through your account page or by following the link provided in the "shipment confirmation" email.
Complaint
If the purchased products are not delivered or delivered late, you can file a complaint with customer service at [email protected]. As established by the Customer Code (art.52 et seq.), Etna Wellness allows for returns and exchanges of products within 14 business days from the delivery date, particularly in cases of faulty goods received in the package.
Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to the following address: [email protected]. In the email, kindly specify the reason for the return, include the order number and your personal information, and attach photos of the items. Additionally, please ensure to include the transport documentation (DDT) inside the package along with the returned goods.
Shipment charges
The delivery of ordered products is free for orders exceeding €89.00 when choosing GLS or SDA. For shipments through BRT and TNT, it's free for orders over €169.00.
Shipment abroad
Zone 1
For orders destined to Zone 1 (Austria, Germany, Romania), shipping is free for orders exceeding €250.00, with delivery within 72 hours.
Zone 2
For orders destined to Zone 2 (Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic), shipping is free for orders exceeding €350.00, with delivery within 72-96 hours.
Zone 3
For orders destined to Zone 3 (Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary), shipping is free for orders exceeding €350.00, with delivery within 96 hours.
Zone 4
For orders destined to Zone 4 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, United Kingdom, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden), shipping is free for orders exceeding €350.00.
